The Civil Service Council approved the implementation of flexible working hours, based on the proposal submitted by the Ministry of Interior. The proposal aims to alleviate traffic congestion and give the employee flexibility to enter and leave when completing the required working hours. So that the morning attendance period is between (7:00/9:00) in the morning and the evening dismissal period is between (1:30/3:30) in the evening. For example, (entry is 7:20 am) and (exit is 1:50 pm). The Civil Service Council allowed the entity to choose between the shift system currently in effect or flexible working hours according to the desire and nature of the entity.
