The official spokesman for the unified government application for electronic services (Sahl), Youssef Kazem, announced that the Ministry of Defense has launched a new electronic service through the application (Sahl), which is a service for receiving suggestions and complaints for the Citizen Service Department.

Kazem indicated that, in order to enhance the Ministry of Defense’s communication with citizens, it is now possible to use this service directly to direct any proposals or file complaints related to the Ministry directly through the list (services) within the unified government application for electronic services (Sahl).

He pointed out that the interest of the military institution in monitoring and receiving suggestions from citizens through this service will contribute to developing and strengthening its vision and evaluating its electronic services available to individuals.
