1 – Hamad Jaber Al-Ali Al-Sabah — Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of Defense.
2 – Ahmad Mansour Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah — Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of Interior.
3 – Dr. Mohammad Abdullatif Al-Fares — Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Oil, & Minister of Electricity, Water, & Renewable Energy.
4 – Essa Ahmad Al-Kandari — Minister of Awqaf (Endowment) & Islamic Affairs.
5 – Dr. Ahmad Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Sabah — Minister of Foreign Affairs & Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs.
6 – Dr. Rana Abdullah Al-Fares — Minister of State for Municipal Affairs & Minister of State for Communication & Information Technology.
7 – Dr. Ali Fahad Al-Mudhaf — Minister of Education & Minister of Higher Education & Scientific Research.
