An informed source in the aviation sector confirmed that the General Administration of Civil Aviation is ready to implement all the requirements of the Council of Ministers with full operation, indicating that the entry into force of the decision will raise operating rates to normal levels before the Corona pandemic.
For his part, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Federation of Tourism and Travel Offices, Muhammad Al-Mutairi, stressed that “opening the airport will raise the operating rates of airlines, and raise the movement of passengers, which will be directly reflected on the entire national economy through the contribution of the aviation, tourism and travel sectors to the GDP, Amidst the state’s ambitious plans to develop the air transport market in Kuwait.”

He stated that “travelers from Kuwait will hear again about the prices of travel tickets on some destinations, at prices less than the level of 100 dinars, for both outbound and return trips.”
