12 thousand jobs for Kuwaitis in the Private sector within two years

As part of its plan to support national workers in the private sector, the Council of Ministers is studying a number of projects to give them financial benefits and cadres equivalent to their counterparts in the government sector, in addition to implementing the replacement policy, and stopping work permits for expatriates in professions with high salaries, to be replaced by Kuwaitis.

Deputy Director General of the Public Authority for Manpower for National Labor Affairs Sultan Al-Shaalani stated that the authority is working on implementing those projects that received initial approvals from the concerned authorities, explaining that one of them will provide 12,000 jobs for citizens in the private sector over the next two years.

He stressed that the authority will present to the concerned authorities in the state a project to replace citizens with the various private sectors, to be a real replacement, especially in important professions with high salaries, pointing out that a new project will be presented soon to raise the financial fee for professions in the private sector, and another to stop work permits in professions. which can be occupied by Kuwaitis.
