In this context, the Deputy Director-General for Planning and Projects Affairs, the spokesperson for the General Administration of Civil Aviation, Saad Al-Otaibi, announced the airport’s readiness to receive the arrivals, stressing that the administration has mobilized its efforts in cooperation with the Ministries of Health and Interior, to reach 20% of the airport’s operational capacity, with 100 flights per day. to accommodate upcoming numbers.
Al-Otaibi told that the conditions for the return of the expatriates are that they obtain a certificate of vaccination confirming that they have obtained two doses of the “Corona” vaccines approved by Kuwait, and uploading them to the official website of the “Health” for approval, with a PCR examination performed 72 hours before the appointment. Travel, provided that they are subject to a one-week quarantine upon their arrival in the country.
