Crazy prices for return tickets to Kuwait

With the date of opening Kuwait Airport for the return of expatriates, on the first of next August, the prices of airline tickets from their countries to Kuwait jumped at crazy rates, and the price of one of them reached 800 dinars on some lines, while tickets were not available in other companies from some destinations. , such as Egypt and India, except in mid-August.

Some travel agency owners revealed to “Al-Jarida” an upward increase in the prices of return tickets since the announcement of the Cabinet’s decision to allow the return of arrivals, noting that flights coming from Egypt and India were the most popular, and the ticket for those coming from Egypt ranges between 300 dinars, via Transit trips of more than 20 hours, and 800 dinars for a transit of less than 10 hours, with tickets sold out for the first week of August to the middle of the same month.

They added that tickets for flights from India to Kuwait ranged in price from 250 dinars for a transit of more than 13 hours, and 500 dinars for less than that, and approximately 600 dinars for direct flights, explaining that the same applies to flights coming from Bangladesh.

As for the Philippines, they said that the prices of its tickets ranged between 220 and 550 dinars, transit only, noting that the flights coming from Beirut also increased, and their prices ranged between 190 and 280 dinars.
