The Spanish ambassador to the country, Miguel Moro Aguilar, announced the start of the resumption of work in the visa department.
Aguilar said in a statement that, after a long period of ban due to the restrictions imposed by the Corona pandemic, the door will be opened to receive visas for those who received vaccinations approved by the European Union.
He added that, based on the recent recommendation of the European Union, to ease some restrictions on travel for the purpose of tourism on arrivals from countries outside the Union, the Government of the Kingdom of Spain issued Decision No. INT/552/2021 dated June 4, 2021, regarding the entry of tourists from third countries to Spain.
And he indicated that with regard to travelers to Spain from Kuwait and the Kingdom of Bahrain, citizens and residents, as of June 7, the most important things that came in this new list are the following:
1- All travelers to the Kingdom of Spain who are over 12 years old to enter it are required to complete all required doses for each type of vaccination, provided that 14 days have passed since taking the last dose before the date of arrival in Spain and presenting the vaccination certificate issued by the competent national authorities.
2- Children up to 12 years of age are exempted from submitting any certificate (however, a QR code must be presented upon arrival as shown below at No. 6 of this memorandum)
3- In order for all the mentioned and required certificates to be valid, they must be in one of these languages:
4- All the mentioned and required certificates must contain all the following detailed information:
1- Your full name
2- type of vaccination
3- The number of doses taken.
4- The date of taking the doses.
5- The name of the authority issuing the certificate
6- Country of issue
5- The types of vaccines approved for entry into Spain are those approved exclusively by the European Union (European Medicines Agency EMA and WHO)

6- All passengers traveling to Spain are required to register before boarding the plane in the following application:
SpTH (Spain Travel Health) which must be shown to the airline and also to the health authorities upon arrival in Spain.
Be sure to complete all fields, especially those in Sections 6, 7, and 8, relating to the information on your vaccination certificate. The application will eventually generate a QR code that will reflect the downloaded data and approve it (DOCUMENTAL CONTROL)
