Arabic local newspaper Aljarida reported that Education being directed to adjust working hours for distance education in Ramadan, the meeting of directors of all school districts ended with a recommendation made to the Minister of Education, Dr. Al-Mudhaf must specify the school administration hours during the blessed month of Ramadan, provided that it starts at 9:30 in the morning for all educational stages, except for the primary stage, which will start at 12 noon.

Informed educational sources stated that the meeting, which was chaired by the Undersecretary for Public Education, Usama Al-Sultan, agreed that all school personnel would be “online” from home, except for the principal and the assistant director, who were present in the school on a rotating basis, noting that district directors submitted a report on the district’s preparations. For the high school exams that will start on May 30th.

The sources added that the names and numbers of working committees for the examinations were also submitted to the General Education Undersecretary, according to the rules and regulations in force in this aspect.
