Al-Ada`s stated that the border outlets work around the clock and in continuous coordination with the Saudi security and customs authorities, in accordance with the health requirements applied on both sides, indicating that the General Administration of Customs represented by the Land Customs Administration has taken all precautionary measures in order to provide the necessary protection for customs officers working at the port.

On the other hand, an informed security source informed that the General Administration for Ports Security had taken all security and precautionary measures during the process of reopening the land ports, indicating that the health instructions stipulated that no traveler should leave for Saudi territory until after obtaining a PCR certificate proving that he was not injured.
